Re: what will happen with small label investor

dost, there is very little hope that you will get the half of your purchasing prize. For half also, some magic is required like merger with big player....but the legal complication with satyam is very high
What is Our main regulatory body SEBI doing. For what they are getting money from the income tax paid by us.They have no idea about the big loophole in the balance sheet.if they are not able to verify a small balance sheet produced by the company in the quater then frnds we will see more big and big trouble in future. i suggest SEBI should also prosecuted for satyam event.
Every big company is doing this. Only Raju has confessed in his own. Orelse no one(govt.) could have found any fraud that Satyam is doing for long period of time. Even now other companies which are doing the same fruad will bribe the indian govnt employees and make sure that dont reveal any other facts. This is our real situation.
Is US and UK any exception??? Compared to the international stock markets, Indian stock markets are atleast not as fraudulent as others. This is because the Indian market community is still in nascent stage.
Satyam fiasco is nothing when compared to the big US companies like Lehman brothers going bankrupt.
Any way, what people should realize is Indian markets will mature with time. People - rather than scolding SEBI and other regulatory bodies, should work together to improve the market... Otherwise, all these market uproar and scams etc... happening in India is sponsored from outside, and will some day consume the nation wholly. People of India shouldn't allow this to happen.
It is a open secret the top management of every corporate inflate their accounts and also transfer and re-transfer funds to suit their requirements, all these goes unnoticed untill some issue come up and somebody is caught. I believe 90% of the corporate accounts statements are inflated which is a standard practise to wink the investor/common man and tax payer to avail/siphon financial leverage/advantage

ya...and whats more intriguing is, from what i heard is that, 3 audits hav failed or apparently involved in the scams... Internal audit that cud possibly manipulate the data for the company favour...But imagine the external audit and independent directors audit that failed!!!!...can you imagine that they cud have failed...yes may b in not covering the fraud properly and getting away wit hhuge bribes...
