Fiscal decisions

Why govt. is bent upon to spoil future developments of India by way of increasing salaries of govt. employees, and other revenue type expenditure, which does not increase productivity and create heavy deficit.

All such money ultimately will be recovered from common tax payer. Unjust and undemocratic.

govt has spent over 100 crores giving full page color ads. in national newspapers showing pictures of sonia gandhi who has no position in govt.

WHEN THOUSANDS OF FARMERS ARE DYING AND MILLIONS DONT HAVE ONE SQUARE MEAL, SUCH SPENDING TAX MONEY ON SYCOPHANCY SHOWS THE COMPLETE INSENSITIVITY OF THE GOVT.

PLEASE PROTEST AGAINST SUCH WASTE USING TAXES PAID BY THE RICHEST TO THE POOREST, IN PROMOTING AN INDIVIDUAL, ON FEEDBACK ON WEBSITES OF PM AND PRESIDENT.

STOP THIS MADNESS!!!

MOST OF THE TOP BROKERS AND INVESTORS ARE AWARE MOST PARTS OF THE SPEECH AND PREPARE BEFORE HAND TO SELL AS MARKETS OPEN - MARKETS OPEN AT A GOOD NOTE (inspite of overseas draggings...) AND THEN SLOWLY IT WENT DOWN ALLOWING ALL THESE GREEDY HI-FI OPERATORS (INVOLVED TOGETHER WITH POLITICIANS AND HIGH PARTIES IN INDIA AND GLOBALLY) TO SELL THEIR SHARES AT A GOOD PRICE BEFORE MAKING THE MARKETS TERRIBLY DOWN ALLOWING THEM AGAIN TO BUY BACK AT LOWS.... DESTROYING THE MONIES FOR POOR INVESTORS...BSE NSE OFFICIALS ARE SEEING ALL THIS BUT GIVING BLIND EYE AS THEY TOO ARE INVOLVED IN THESE PRACTICES... PRANAB'S SPEECH IS WELL KNOWN BEFORE HAND WHAT HE WOULD SAY AND MARKETS REACTED only on the sellings done by these hugh crooks

Why the REALITY SECTOR gets the patronage?

Why the REALITY SECTOR gets the patronage?

Why Govt. does not take any action to regulate the Reality sector, as everyone knows that there is absolute anarchy in this sectors, which is virtually killing the interest of common people and in turn affecting the whole economy. Few of the factors are enumerated below:

There is no mismatch between the real (not inflated like cost of land etc.) cost of construction and selling price. Virtually the bunch of unscrupulous people have entered in the field, created cartel, spree in grabbing the land of urban areas with the help of unscrupulous politicians (one can see, how the builders are grabbing the lands, amazingly nobody is taking cognizance as to what is the source of their finance and yhe way it is hurting the common people) to kill the opportunity of common people.

Consequent to this, despite such heavy reduction in interest of lending rate, the common people are shying away from buying the house, and therefore the associated sectors, like cement, steels are also not improving.

Now why our leadership (Central and State) is not taking cognizance about the virtual robbery by the reality developers / builders i.e. the difference between real construction cost and the selling.

Why the administration and political leadership is not taking cognizance about the mushrooming of property brokers, basically the criminals elements.

Why the general public is not raising the voice.
