This scheme is very well used by the ruling parties to milk money. in many places i heard the daily wages are not paid fully to the workers. a portion of it will go to local politician and the workers also are not selected by any fair criteria....its left to the local political circles and we know how it would work...
So a scheme by the politicians to benefit politicians....
WE NEED STRICT GUIDELINES ON WHAT PRICES THE FLATS CAN BE SOLD DEPENDING ON THE COST OF LAND AND COST OF CONSTRUCTIONS ..
GOVT NEEDS TO TAKE PRO-ACTIVE STEPS TO MAKE AVAILABLE CHEAP LAND TO BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS FOR LOW COST HOUSING
ANY LANDBANK NOT UTILISED BY THESE BUILDERS SHOULD BE CONFISCATED AND USED FOR LOW COST HOUSING ,
REALITY IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO THE INDIAN ECONOMY AND SHOUD NOT BE LEFT TO THE MERCY OF A CARTEL OF GREEDY DEVELOPERS , WHO INSIST ON MAKING 50-60% PROFITS .

DUE TO BAD MANAGEMENT, LESS STREE WAS GIVEN ON SUPPLY SIDE AND PRICES OF ALL ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES DOUBLE IN 4 YRS., TOTALLY FAILURE. AT PRESENT AAM ADMI SOMEHOW MANAGING THEIR BASIC NEED LIKE FOOD, EDUCATION. THE BASIC SHELTER / HOUSE'S PRICES HAVE ALMOST DOUBLED IN THE LAST 4 YRS., YES WE HAVE TO FACE SINCE WE ARE "AAM ADMI"
Desparately searching for Aam Aadmi for last five years. Where is the guy on whom this government is spending billions. Could he show himself and share the spoils with other citizens of this country please!

Everything revolves around ECONOMY...Once this gets into shape, every budget can be made a delight to common man....Unfortunately the entire World is going through a tough time and one cannot expect more wonders with the budget....Even if your Bhajaapa comes to power this will be the same case...You don't agree ? ....Go back to the election manifesto they made 5 years back when they were in power...They are repeating the same things like Ram Mandir, Swadeshi-Videshi Marmalade, etc.

Yes they worked for Amm admi and made the prices of all essential commodities including houses double in 4 yrs(out of reach of aam admi)and businessman and builders are happy earlier but not now presently.Due to mismanagement of the economy, little emphasis was given on the supply side of essential commodities and Aam admi was crying since prices doubled in 4 years.
This year budget is completely eyewash for general public. NO benefits, No facilities etc. ONLY they have shown thier faces for what they achieved with the help of capitalist. they are saying this budget is for AAM ADMI, but tell me one thing which is benefitted to AAM ADMI. Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, you see what yoiu given in your previous budgets when people really admire you and praise you. This budget is not your budget but it is budget of SONIAJI. If you think you will come back in POwERS, IT is your dreams what you people have done for destroying INDIA images, you think yourselves than only you find the answers.

One thing you must understand no one is opposing temple. No party. Only thing is BJP is saying in open.
Let me tell you no mosque is named after a man. So, existence of Babri Masjid is wrong. Nowhere in the world is any moseque found which is named after a human being.
