Bihar is a part of India and I think u r also an Indian ,so why ru wasting ur time to think it is a Indian Rail budget or Bihar Rail Budget. Most of thing is applicable and useful for all Indian in this Rail Budget.

Bihar area wise and population wise will be around 5% , and economy falls within bottom five of total india but as per the budget which is self explanatory what is the percentage of usefulness for bihar compare to the the rest of country. Well then u should appreciate the budget provided by the hon'ble railway minister.he is doing so much for the overall development of India, with providing sufficient facilities to he state with worst economy.I think u need to revise ur concept of nation's Development and post ur comments after thorough analysis. Your concept of nationalism at the point is really appreciable.
