Hope every development would be rendered simple and not complicated so that an average user would be able to enjoy the benefits of user-friendly applications!
What about your own website rediff. Its par below international standard. Likewise lots of indian websites and tech are far below. They are not user fiendly. Too much jargon. Look at the rediff news articles, they are full of technical words. there is no life in them. U hate reading whole article. Compare news on yahoo they are simple, easy to understnad, interesting. Indian need to make theri technoly customer friendly or they will be thrown away by foriegn multinationals.

i think i like rediff better than most of the site. three cheers for the rediff and a HAPPY, HEALTHY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR TO REDIFF AND ALL THOSE WHO ARE ADDICTED TO IT.

SaaS & could computing may be pick- ing up elsewhere but within India there is a great deal of scepticism about the security of customer data and code. Defence & big IT companies would not touch it for the time being. Only time can break the barriers and fears.
