Cheers to the noble mission. It is really astonising to know that there are such works carried out which can be highly beneficial for the development of the country. Like this other state govts. start such type of missions which ultimately prove as the great flops. And this all end with digging out so many stupid reasons with govt blaming administration and the administration blaming some other. They should take a lesson from this.
EGMM SHOULD TRAIN RURAL YOUTH WHO HAVE NO OPPORTUNTIES TO GET JOB AND TRAINING.THE AP MODEL SHOULD BE EMULATED ALL OVER.WE NEED TO MAKE INDIA A HUB OF COMMERCE.

Have your mother given this name to you. Definitely not, if she gave this name to you, I hate her.
Brick and Mortar Story : No substance in Realty Boom and it is mere bubble ticking like a bomb to burst anytime leaving all property investers in pain and feel cheated.
Rs.25000/- per month for a family of 4 members in Tier II cities means person just meeting hands to mouth situation. If the question is how and why :
Rs. 6000 p.m min. on house rent for 2BHK Rs. 6000 p.m min. for house hold grocery items Rs. 4000 pm for School fees for 2 children. Rs. 1000 p.m min for milk Rs. 1000 p.m min for petrol expenses Rs. 1500 p.m min electricity and water charges Rs. 1000 p.m wedding and social functions. Rs. 1000 pm. for mobile and phone expenses. Rs. 500 pm for internet expenses Rs. 3000 pm for sundry & misc expenses incl medicine.
In such circumstances, if one takes a housing loan of 20 lacs to purchase two BHK shabby type house in Tier II cities with an EMI for 20 years, that means he is calling hell on him and will mortgage his entire life in paying EMI only. No wonder, such persons are even daring to purchase Car on loan which after some time is pulled and towed away by goondas sent by ICICI Bank , HDFC Bank or other private banks
Blockbuster Movie : Builders & Realty Brokers Nexus ( BRBN)
Mind it we are not talking about people earning Rs.5000 per month and such people are in majority cutting across geographical lines divided into tier cities.

India is unequally divided between havs and havnots.
10% Havs 90% Hav nots
As per one data, 70% and above do not have their own house.
The numbers look cynical but it is actually true by many.
Govt. ensures that these people do not have their own house as this would lead to their drop in vote banks. They know that their rule would exist only till there is polarisation of society.
Keeping in this mind, many state ministers have been abetting Builders in their nefarious designs to inflate the housing prices and ensure that the project gets delayed so that there is an artificial gap between demand and supply. This is all done to book profits thru unrealistic building project value. Which no way complies with the building valuation principles at any inch.
Construction is the lifeline of our economy in India.Realty has a major stake in it. Knowing this, Builders in tandem with realty agents are artifically jacking property prices in close cordination with state ministers. All is undertakin right under the aegis of Central cabinet ministers who have turned their eyes from the budding problems.
It is all a political gimmick to ensure Builders thrive and People can not own house.

It is better to have something than nothing. Although it is true that it is very difficut for the low earning groups earning some Rs. 8000-10000 to live a happy life free from scarcities but at least they earn enough to fill their belly. Friends it is not possible for everyone to live a lavish life & it is not possible for everyone to earn above Rs.20000. And if everyone start earning that much then who will be sweeping roads. Funda of the happy life is whatever you are earning be happy in it. Do not forget once you were striving to get this job. You are better than what you would be without a job. There are people who manage to live under these conditions. And most of the people in our country are living under these conditions. They donot have bikes but bicycle.saves 1000 They take some 1-2 room on rent rooms on rent that too in outskirts costing them around 1500 Rs. saving 4500 Their children study in some government schools saving them at least 3000 Mobile expenses 300 Rs & no internet expense Social Expenses more in than out. Milk - Rs 1000 Electricity and water charges- Rs 800 House hold grocery items 2000 Food - 2000
Or does this surge suggest that we are more akin to the MTV India reality show? As in Splitsvilla so in the movement for Telengana (and all its predecessors and successors) the quest to attain the objective is replete with 'stress, exhaustion, fear, bitchiness, politics and bad TV'. But there is also a major difference. Unlike in each episode of the show, when a state separates, there is no clear loser. And even the winner may find, but never admit, that his is a spurious victory.
It was wonderful to learn of this venture of hope and dignity for the rural people . It is organizations like these and the people in them that really 'build' India - not the self-serving divisive politicians who instigate their followers to destroy property and hurt normal life. Just shows the meaning of constructive approach.Keep it up

Hope India becomes free of Nepotism and favourism. South Indians will have to take the lead and show their Human face first.
Yes, this is good. They may not earn Rs 10,000 per month. But if you train them on job skills. How to produce good product and services. their income is bound to grow. At the same time dont forget to train them to be good consumer also. So that other can also get income. Its cycle that must goes on in rural areas. If few people get income and they keep money in bank. Its blocked. It has to keep ciruculation, thats why important to be good conusmer, thats vital for our economic growth.
