I also suggest to Mr. Wadhava to manufacture low cost solar panel for home use. There are many people in India who own a small bunglow they can go for this. Think on this.

Solar panels do not fully replace the power lines. for that you will need to cover the whole of the roof of your house. And it does not come cheap.

LoL..Nuclear power created at home! You have reduced nuclear technology to a cottage industry! So how many grams of Uranium inventory are you planning to stock up?!!
Solar Power and Wind Power..any reasonable assessment made to estimate the amount of power generated by these sources of energy suggests that you have to cover all the land available for living, agriculture and all other activities to have either solar panels or wind-mills. In other words, take your pick - you want energy or food?!!

This is not right. You are not covering everything solar panels. There is so much wasteland in India which cannot be used for Agriculture can be pressed into putting solar power plants.

I welcome this idea. If govt can give finance, I can installed one Solar Power Plant in Tamilnadu.
It is really a coincidence for me. Today morning I was thinking about solar energy to save electricity bills. And I got this article on rediff. I have already sent email to one company who supply solar energy products for home because we are frustrated due to increased electricity bills.
If general public will understand the importance of solar energy and start using solar energy products then I think we all can save lot of energy for the nation.

May I know the name of that company pl. I also want to start solar energy as much as possible.. U can mail me at my id.
According to him he is making a loss of 1-1.50 rs per unit. How long he can run his business with these losses that too a startup?
This guy seems didnt invested anythig. He got fund from some investment fund(or mutual fund). If he clicks he will get the credit, if he fails he didnt failed nothing the fund which invested in him and eventually the investor who invested in that fund loses..
These type of modern entreprenurs build these type of companies and operate them for a few years, build some hype around it and will sell it off..
Track this company and see he himself retains it after 3 years!!!

u r very right and this all happens of corruption with nexus of banks and politicians
Good Job done by him. Our country is having lots & lots of solar energy which is not fully utilized. This kind of skilled persons can explore this and give good support to our Indian mass. I wish him all success. Let him survive. Let the politician be away from him. I wish he should be recommended for Presidential award
