hundreds/thousands of scams are taking place in india daily.MIGHT IS RIGHT.wealthy and powerful are bending the rules and making money.there is no check.this is being done at our cost,be it koda scam,satyam scam,food grain pawar scam,rajas spectrum scam,rajsekhar reddys mining,housing,irrigation scam.most of the scams go unreported.u have to just make out a case. yesterday,ndtv profit reporting interview of manoj gaur of jp infra/jp associates when he claimed that they are building yamuna expressway between agra and noida approx 200 km.its cost may be arround 800 crores i suppose.against this he has been contracted by govt to get toll tax for 33 years which he was estimating Rs 800 crores in first year and Rs 3500 crores by FY-2015. besides, govt is giving them free lands for constructing 20 million sft per year between noida and agra for next 20 years. is it less than a scam? babus and polito who are suppossed to take care of public interest are hand in glove in these scams.auditing/surveilence agencies also seems to be ineffective and is motivated and are more interested in their corporate profits. all pillars of indian democracy-executive,judiciary,legislature and press are crumbling.

"if u have prob with indian judiciary go and get insaaf frm american judiciary". these are not my words. these are statements u will get in response to your comment, frustration or pain. hahaha
The people who got placed in satyam, were made to work for peanuts during their traning days, thought they were offered a package of around 2.4 lacs pa at the time of interview, they were never given the promised amount during the training days.... why would they, when they were not at all bothered about the well being of their so called Associates
Can Govt. not bring back ownership right of these properties in the name of Satyam instead of in individual name to give justice to stake holders either legally or with a Govt. order.

yeah raju and his family should be made to work in the houses of the present satyam employees to geta taste of how it feels to have worked hard but to be treated like servants and at the end of day, dumped.
