How I see India after 10 years

1. Rich will become even richer
2.Politicians will be even richer and behave more elitist than they are doing now.
3. Congress will be leading party as small parties will keep fighting with each other.
4. BJP is history.
5. Poor will become poorer without access to basic amneties.
6. People will go on rampage for water.
7. People across all religions will trun even more aggressive and fundementalist.
8. We will go back to middle age when society had s structure. Few rule, some serve and most are exploited.
9. Many sections of society will turn to violence to get their rights which have been denied to them for ages.

INFOSYS Technologies said on Wednesday that its former director and global sales head, Mr Phaneesh Murthy, has recently settled the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him by former employee, Ms Jennifer Griffith, for $8,00,000 (approximately Rs 3.6 crore).

The Chairman and Chief Mentor of Infosys, Mr N.R. Narayana Murthy, in a notice to the BSE said: "Infosys has learnt that the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Ms Jennifer Griffith, a former employee, against the company and Mr Phaneesh Murthy, a former director, has been settled by Mr Phaneesh Murthy and Ms Griffith, shortly before the October 29, 2004 trial date. Infosys has now learnt that the settlement agreement was recently signed by the parties - Mr Phaneesh Murthy and Ms Griffith."

Infosys said it was not a party to the settlement and did not contribute any money towards the settlement. Infosys was also not a signatory to the settlement agreement, the statement said. This settlement released Infosys from all claims and liabilities alleged in the lawsuit, it added.

Infosys, the statement said, learnt from its insurers' counsel that the insurers contributed $4,00,000 towards the settlement and this represented 50 per cent of the total payments. The remaining 50 per cent, the statement said, was paid by Mr Phaneesh Murthy, as the company refused to make any contributions to the settlement. Despite this settlement, Infosys has reserved all rights against Mr Phaneesh Murthy to make any claims.

India May be Super economic Power in next 10 years but will be a worst place to live . Our infrastructure is crumbling down day by day . Projects are obselete when they they see light of the day. 1 hr rain creating a Havoc in cities . No planning for Rural growth . It's more of look like a Corporate which has Robust pipeline in terms of deliverable but dont meet any deadline.....

akward. Even in 10000 years it will not become islamic. Islam lost all the glory and has no future, except that the islamic nations remain islamic. Hindus withstood the worst period and that is past for ever.

India is one of the wrolds leading Corrupt Economy. How this kind of economy become economic power.
Half knowledge is always Dangerous Mr. Phaneesh.
You don't know even Oil & Gas Economies are ahead of India and will remain head of India for next 50 to 75 years at least. He didnot know much size of world economiy. Western COuntries, Oil & gas Economies etc are well a head with economic power house of world wealth and creativity.
India is commerce driven creativity and not creativity driven commerce. This is fundamental difference between Western Countries Economies and Indian Economy.

All rubbish talks.

Strangely enough, people in the Soviet Union were also told the same story -- communist utopia was always just around the corner. However, the Chinese read the writing on the wall, converted their economy into a market economy, and will soon be the larges manufacturing powerhouse in the world.
