''Mahindra Satyam clients need clarity''

hi all

I spoke to my close friend who used to work for Sathyam. He mentioned that when Sathyam reported results, every qtr they always used to report 627 clients and it never used to change; he also mentioned that he wanted to ask HR as why that number does not change; looks like he felt bad smell months before;

looks like they prepared annual reports using control -c and control v

Customers & employees are important

While there an interview spree by top management, saying they have gained momentum on clients, they are still putting 500 employees more on "Corporate Reserve" (another name for sacking and virtual bench). The way they are treating employees, it wont be a surprise if Customers put Mahindra Satyam on "Virtual Bench" and look at other Vendors.

when in good times nobody knew what was happening inside SATYAM, how can anyone know about whats cooking in these bad times....!!!!!

CP Gurnani, CEO in the interview with a news channel has said customer base is not 600 but 300 . That he said is a big challenge in troubled times.

CP had quoted as 380 clients, to be precise...they are more bothered about sacking employees and earn money. Only if employees are there, customers will stay on....there is lot of labour unrest right now, because of "Corporate Reserve" and "VPP".....
