I agree what ever effort made by Indian top heads to distribute LNG is a good effort but this is nothing new world over, when it comes to india it is almost obsolete technology. We should be working on greener and new form of energy such as hydrogen cell or solar power energy, India with 3/4th of its boundary is sea, why dont we harvest tidal power. Do we have at least one in india? We have huge land scape with resouce for wind power, why dont we harvest this?. I really think institustions like DRDO should spedn more time on such issues as well. we have enough knowledgeable engineers why dont indian govt put in more time and money into such reaserach?
Yes that's sure a good news.it will no only lessen our dependency on oil imports but also take care of our oil defict.But what i'am worried is with gas pipe network all over the country are we not exposing ourselves to easy terrorist targets?
