The guys who pocket a company for a fortune know exactly what they want to do. But they will open the hat at the appropriate time. Nevertheless it has now become a fashion worldwide to hire a consultant for anything and everything. In medical parlance they say the consultant returns an envelope containing 40% of the amount to the docky who has referred the patient to him/her.
