All Lay off IT Employees Join Together , it is time to unite.All of you form IT company & fight with establish one & show them your strength.Will someone among you form some web site & invite layoff employees to become members & then form companey with 1 share to each member. Establish offices in metros & then small towns of India. Yes you all are capable & will make your dreams true. Come on you talanted one you can show your might.

Its really a bull shit....gone are the days of hardworking....I have known many who were very hard working n sincere in their work but they were laid off, coz of some bad politics done by the manager...
so the new mantra to survive this recession is to be a smart worker, in another sense be a good chamcha of ur boss...

though not on IT i am a very hardworking,innovative man on manufacturing-but as far as my exp is considered- it is thankless to be a hardworker,anybody can loiter around and come to light when boss is ought to go,and a hardworker leaves his place w/o getting the boss noticing & lands in soup

Even if you do well in the interviews, you are not getting hired these days - the only thing most employers want is a priceless pearl for the cost of peanuts...SALARY / COMPENSATION is what decides whether to hire a fellow or not...More experienced, more problems, no hiring - less experienced, paid peanuts, get rookies on board - thats the strategy...

India is having 1 billion people and out of which 70 % people live in the rural India where developments like city and urban India has not reached properly last 60 years .Sadly our finance systems follows western cultures .Bank needs circulation of money to greater no people but instead they concentrate on developing only city and urban India where demands have quized considerably .In order to revibe our economy the following steps must be taken by the banks and authority
1. Reach emediately to Rural India by closing 50 % city based branches
2. Transfer people to rural India to serve the people (those who are willing to sacrifice their interests for a great cause )
3. logical interest should be for people (salary and non salary) --3% ,for farmers--2%,SMEs--1%,Large Industries -2%

In this way large no of people can be covered and an all round developments in IT,ruraltourism,rural roads,and infrastructures ,education ,health and lastly a new subject like RURAL SECURITY can be seen within 5 years .


India should not fear about recession as we have 1 billion people human resource
