abe thik se padh.. ye article na yahoo ka hai na rediff ka. It is taken from forbes.com. Rediff only acts as aggregator of news and they have credited it to Forbes.com. So, I don't see any issue here.

The article was published in Forbes.com and rediff is a partner of Forbes. Yet, the article doesn't really make any sense.
