Kindly suggest me the best trading platform, considering the following factors,
1. Speed and updating of information. Hardly fails at peak hours and never display irritating message SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE. 2. Brokerage, commission and other expenses, 3. Research, 4. Customer service etc.
I have horrifying experience of ICICI.direct.com as there main motto is to fool the public and rob them ruthlessly and mercilessly. System often goes out of order, no one is the look after.
I wonder how they have been allowed by SEBI to rob the people. I strongly feel there is something fishy. I do not know whether any senior management is there to look after or not. The clerical staff (though they are ornamented with Officer to fool the clients) are virtually duffer and highly irritating as they do not know anything, so the question of solving the problem does not arise at all.
Email queries are again handled by worthless clerical staff, who only screams profoundly SORRY FOR INCONVENICE.
ICICIdirect.com is the worst and once the client comes under their net the client is bound to profoundly bleed and die.

Yes, Mr. Kamath also a mediator to solve high profile deal between Mukesh & Anil Ambani. Important thing is he solved a huge problem of Indian Industry.
