It is a good move.In govt hospitals all reserved category underrated doctors will be in service.Private participation will bring more intelligent doctors irrespective of caste religion. Some percentage of beds should be reserved for poor and downtrodden keeping the financial status in mind. Philonthropic organisations like ramakrisna mission and sathya sai trust should also be involved.
