when oil has come down from its high ongc has to rebnegotiate the price for this as price was agred in august when the oil was more than 100 dolalr per barrral
may be murli deora and co along with sharma & co are getting kick backs so they are not thinking of re nogotiation
as the deal is not finalised then there is every right to change it
