India is way behind the developed countries in terms of ethical corporate and business behaviours. It is not just preaching that is going to help, entire overhauling of the system with stict penalties, well written laws, consumer and common people centric policies and laws and strict penalties for corporates on unethical, inhuman behaviours. Remember, the most important part will be free, unbaised, unpartial and prompt judiciary.
