I appeal to Raj to form a farmers union as well coz lot of farmers are commiting suicide in villages due to lack of Gov attention .In this way u can win the heart of farmers also and if you can realy do some good job for farmers and can improve conditions by increasing their purchasing power u will see the magic in development of ur state .Dont ignor farmers interest and this is the time u concentrate on this .U should understand that it is the village and villagers who will be generating future financial health stronger in India rather the cripling ,stagnated city's economy .Just forget ur EGO,charm of ellite life and develop village which no political parties dare to claim to develop so far in India .Raj got ability ,organisation power capabilty and he can deliver the things provided he has political will which I am sure he has
Govt. should ban these stupid unions and leave the companies to manage their profit and losses. He needs to know that these are not govt. run companies to provide job security, bonus, medical aid, pf, pension and all for every person who works there until the employee's death. A company as such has its up and down and the recruitment and laying off are part of the company's economic figures.
Nobody asks questions when these companies pay nothing less then 4-6 laks pa. whereas the average salary of govt. servants (forget abt the bribe part; not all are in a position to command it) is just under 1 lakh pa. Nobody compares the life style of corporate employee to govt employee. If that is the case why should these idiotic supporters come in resuce when they get laid off???
