I dont understand where is spirituality in these motivational and/or leadership developmentment training? Does is become spiritual if Robin Sharma's name is mentioned?? Interesting are the ways spirituality is being measured these days.
Great! We look to America (United States) when we are successful and flourishing. When we are in troubles, we look to Almighty.
What is needed is rather a balance in thought and action. Instead of getting overwhelmed by success or loss, if we can keep a balanced undisturbed profile, everything would be fine. It is certainly a blunder of the companies paying very high amounts - that has damaged the entire economy, inflation has gone up and middle class and lower class people have suffered a lot due to sudden influx of money in the markets. Now that there is realisation, these guys should stabilise and think logically and reasonably. More money is not everything. Gratitude to Almighty for what is given, being one with fellow beings, helping the needy, helping the nation's real growth should be seen as more important than a single company's / person's growth.
Need not turn totally spiritual, just become a little charitable. That is enough. If you give in times of need to others, you will get in times of your need! That is the universal truth.
