Thought of reporting you, first. But what is the point. Better your posts should remain here as a proof of how a human being can stoop to a level lower than an animal. A racist without an iota of common sense, a narro wminded frog in the well, arrogant and extremely stupid. Your mother should hang heself for giving birth to a complete waste calling himself human. Shame on your parents, shame on your race, shame on your city, and sympothoes to all the people who need to interact wit you. Cry man, you are good for nothing - a complete total waste.

BTW, I am not tamil and this is just an objective analysis based on your post.

Tamils here, pelease show some composure and teach this low life why you are considered far superior.

One more thing even u ve goofed up in ur article... the match u r talking about was against Deccan chargers and not Royal Challengers!!! How can u commit such blunders when u r writing an article which will be read by thousands of people?? So accept that best of the people are prone to mistakes..

Cricket is bit different from ur corporate sector.. Here things change every minute and u dnt get to think and discuss over meetings:)

Ganguly dropped Yuvraj of Kings XI Punjab not Royal Challengers in which he collided with Akash Chopra. Agreed that it was Akash Chopra's ball, but Ganguly would have held on to the catch had Akash not knocked Ganguly's hands. Ganguly was holding on to it nicely and then was hit and dropped the ball. Watch replays again if you want.

Never mind, Ganguly won the match for Kolkata Knight Riders, playing calm and composed innings at the beginning and charging at the end. That was a good example of leadership skills I guess. I never thought that Kolkata would win but for Ganguly aggression and Gul's late cameo at the end of Knight Riders innings.

I was referring to the match in this article where Dhoni said abt the opening pair.. (the article refers the opponent as Royal Challengers whereas it was against Deccan chargers. U r right even the Match where ganguli collided with chopra was aginst Punjab n not Raj. royals as referred in this article.

if a captain like ganguli or dhoni shows emotion we say they are not good leaders when captain like dravid do not emote we again say he is not good leader.. I guess we Indians r only good at pointing mistake and never appreciate efforts of others esp sportsman. They are under so much of pressure, that 2 in front of 1000 ppl and media who are always ready with knife to slaughter them. No wonder India is nowhere in sports..

Give them a break!!!
by Vilas Sood on May 29, 2008 02:07 PM

Mr. author what abt sachin's leadership qualities when he mention at presentation that his players lacked common sense?? Or Media is biased here as well... Even sehwag, yuvi forgot the changes they made to their teams.. Come on give them a break... they are human like u and me.. They have been playing for almost 40 days.. so many changes in every match..There are international players who they are not so accustomed to.. so its fine.. Dont exaggerate.. This IPL is as much new to the players as it is to all of us..

Whats wrong in accepting ur weaknesses in front of ppl?? I guess only brave ppl can admit to their own mistakes whereas weak ppl like u only point out others mistakes!! How good are u at ur job??

Vijay Mallya would head many crisis that would affect his health and well-being. He had floated a financial institution something like Mcdewell Krest which had duped lacs of gullible investors of their hard-earned money. The fate of such people is bound to suffer no matter how strong they be. Amin!!!

frozen article!
by Sreecharan S on May 29, 2008 01:26 PM  | Hide replies

while the author conspicuously chooses not to mention the name of Tendulkar in his article while mentioning even the smallest and most negligible of the mistakes made by Ganguly/Dhoni/Dravid etc. The ever so glaringly obvious tendulkar gets clean chit - mainly because the author does not seem to have guts to pick on Tendulkar. Lessons for management is the title, but probably the author needs lessons on opening ones eyes wide and see things clearly than to see through some filtering lens which filters everything that's about tendulkar. How frozen is this article which is trying to kill an already killed snake. As if Dravid-Ganguly and others had not had enough till now. They need lessons from this 'good for nothing article'. I am prepared to tell the author what Dravid-ganguly did much better than tendulkar, in the face of adversity they both stood tall and delivered where as the looser tendulkar has only reasons to blame the umpiring and the common sense of his players - as if he has it in abundance - at least in one occasion both Dravid and Ganguly shone as a captains and where as tendulkar is happy rotating the strike to Jayasuriya - as if no one else could have done that - does it need a man of 80 internatonal hundreds to rotate strike and that too in a t20 format? where is the common sense then ? and where was the author then, probably he was not watching those. It is not for nothing that someone said "easier said than done" and that's what this author can do nothing bet

I agree with you. This management guru should be sent to cricket field. He will return with a bleeding nose and some wisdom in his head. Dhoni is absolutely right in reprimanding Flemming publicly. He had similarly chastised Sachin in Australia which had taken the latter out of his comfort zone and resulted in improved performance and Indian victory. We expect a similar result this time too. Management principles developed for corporate sector cannot be applied in in sports, war etc. without suitable modifications.

RE:frozen article!
by Ashok Gobindram Lulla on May 29, 2008 02:32 PM
You, Sreecharan, obviously have guts to pick on
Tendulkar. Let's see, in Tendulkar's absence,
the team went from one loss to another. The Harbhajan fiasco, why of course Sachin was responsible for that; wasn't he the defacto leader of MI? Funnily, it was Sachin who stood
up for Bhajji in Australia, and whose word saved
Bhajji's skin (and career).
The umpire responsible for Mumbai's loss, Suresh Shastri was sneaked in, he is ranked way down
in BCCI's first 20 ranks. The first 3-ranked umpires were deliberately pushed out; and when the thing hit the fan, BCCI said that umpires were selected on ICC guidelines. To which ICC promptly came out with rejoinder that it does not guide bodies on such tournaments; it is entirely the concerned body's task whom they choose.
Sometimes, a captain can only be as good as the team he gets. You would think that after the tremendous running catch that Tendulkar took (a la Kapil Dev in the 1983 World Cup), the team would have been inspired to give off their best. Somewhere, if one fielder had managed to restrict a 3 into two, or if a bowler had kept his nerve to bowl one less wide, Mumbai Indians would have got through.
Sachin has made mistakes, which have cost him dear. But he is definitely a better leader of men, barring none, except Shane Warne. And if one were to apply Sreecharan's logic a la Tendulkar, Warne was simply lording it over his
team, and proving to the world, "see, without me, these guys are nothing". We all know thats not so

If Chennai wins The IPL T20 CUP
by Notout_Naveen on May 29, 2008 01:24 PM  | Hide replies

If Chennai wins The IPL T20 CUP than this is what Dhoni has to say in the presentation...

Rameez: Dhoni congrats u won the inagural IPL cup..

Dhoni:'I' was determined that we will win this cup..'I' took some important decisions when it mattered...'I' promoted the order myself coming in at no.3 which tilted the balance at the crucial juncture.

Rameez: Its amazing that u have won the first ICC T20 cup than now the most Challenging IPL Cup..

Dhoni: 'I' always go by my instinct n 'I' took some courageous decisions both in ICC T20 n in IPL that helped a lot in the success.

Rameez: This tournament is played with many proffesional cricketers from all over the world... and u have to captian the team consisiting of many overseas players..How did u cope with all these challenges to come with flying colours?

Dhoni: Yes 'I' gave some tips to the overseas player Especially to St Fleming...When he was not getting good runs at the top order 'I' told him to spend some time in the middle it worked out..Murli & Ntini r Champion bowlers but 'I' made sure that they bowl properly with consistant line n length.Ya it was challenging to 'me'.

Rameez: Your team didnt have the winning record like Rajasthan Royals who won most of the matches but ur team made into semis at the end. How did ur team manage to beat in last two crucial matches?

Dhoni: "I' told my bowlers to bowl in the right areas and Batsmen to play to the merit of the ball..

contd..

'I' wont care whatever may be the result.Team played according to 'my' plan.'I' thank 'my' team for that.

Rameez: Ur coach once had told that ur team is not one of the fansied team when there was a doubt that u will make it into semis ..now ur caoch may be over the moon with this result

Dhoni: Yes kepler did say that but 'I' gave him the confidence and 'I' ensured him that we will surely make it into semis..Yes now 'I' do think that he is over the moon with this result.

Rameez: Ur the most costliest player in this tournament now u have this cup so it must be more stisfying in that point of view.

Dhoni: Yes when they offered me that amount 'i' said myself that 'I' deserve that price...Now the world knows the reslut of offering such a big price to 'me'.

Rameez: wht is the msg to ur fans and team.

Dhoni: 'I' hope that 'my' IPL team plays well in future like what they have performed this season. Now 'I' have the commitment n responisbality to captain the Indian team which
'I' am looking forward to since there are many youngters from this IPL 'I' will give all of them a chance in the coming ODI series.. 'I' Want my fans to support 'my' Indian team.

Rameez: U seem to be enjoying taking responisbality?
Dhoni: If there is any compitation for commitment than 'I' will be the winner.

Rameez: Once again congrats n Thanks for ur time..

Dhoni: Thanks rameez.

Management lesson for IPL captains

In this Respect, Warne towers others. He has not only deeply analysed the Material available in his team but tried to hone their skills as well. His Media interaction is articulation at best. Dhoni is irritatingly candour and he has not given his best to the team.In between the matches,he goes back to his home and when he is in Chennai he is on Shopping Spree!

WHat nonesense this writer writes .. He cant even understand DHoni's swipe at Ganguly.. it was a cheeky comment.
Shane Warne has been sucessful, but hes been a part of 3 controbersies in a span of 7 weeks.. imagine what would happen if he was coaching or captaining a side all year long..
