SEZs are being raised and getting sanctioned by the government at a massive rate. These are being built on agricultural land, where there is ample water and excellent fertility of land. When a huge chunk of land stop producing and the people keep on producing more babies, the situation might be like Zimbabwe or what was faced before the green or the white revolutions. It's time to wake up and stop sanctioning any SEZ on agi land. In fact, doing anything on agri land shoule be treated as a sin.

Agree to the point that we should avoid using agricultural lands for industrial use(although 100% not possible), also another round of land reform should happen. And we need a huge change the way we produce crops today. Its left to individual and his choice. But that can be well-planned, organised, consolidated(rather having individual owners) and a govt regulated business. Its a big change and understandably pretty difficult to implement
