give all the wealth of the nation to armed forces with none to education and health.let people die in govt hospitals for the lack of medicines, let people be illeterate.let the farmers die while the armed forces enjoy their drinks in the cosy comforts of officers mess.let there be more missiles and even more nuclear weapons and mission to moon and so on and so forth even if people die of hunger and farmers commit suicide ;and yes of course our nation has fought so many wars in the last 37 years

if u think life in the army is about" enjoy their drinks in the cosy comforts of officers mess".
I challenge u to get a short service comission and serve for a min 5 years.

Kautilya's sagely advice to Chandragupta on the Mauryan Soldier.
"Pataliputra rests each night in peaceful comfort, O King, secure in the belief that the distant borders of Magadha are inviolate and the interiors are safe and secure, thanks only to the Mauryan Army standing vigil with naked swords and eyes peeled for action, day and night, in weather fair and foul, all eight praharas (round the clock), quite unmindful of personal discomfort and hardship, all through the year, year after year.
To this man, O Rajadhiraja, you owe a debt: please, therefore, see to it, suo motu, that the soldier continuously gets his dues in every form and respect, be they his needs or his wants, for he is not likely to ask for them himself.
The day the soldier has to demand his dues will be a sad day for Magadha; for then, on that day, you will have lost all moral sanction to be King!"

Dear rita, Nobody is asking for money from education cess and health budget.Defence forces are like insurnace policy, only in the time of need U wish I had taken the policy of higher premium.Dear rita ur ignorance on the subject is pretty evident.How many IITians who gets educated out of public fund serve the nation.Dear rita defence forces are detterent they dont have to fight wars to prove there worth.For they have not been there imagine uncle musharraf having drink at ur place.Ever heard of CIOps,National calamity,internal security these are secondry duties provided by forces with much more effectiveness than civil adm.Sorry for ignorant people like U who just jump to judgement without wholistic high.
