If Hyd-bad Metro gets done by end-2011, that is real fast work. Namma Metro in bangalore is expected to take more than 5 years and as we see the pace of work, no one will be surprised if it goes much beyond. Bangalore is becoming renowned for crappy projects, with political and bureaucratic delays causing unnecessary delays. Look at BIAl, BMIC, BMRC (Metro), Airport Connectivity, Traffic Management, Illegal constructions causing floods... this city has been ruined by the politicians and babus.
