it requires intelligence, courage, IQ, business acumen and do or die attitude to be successful in life. What is fraud - fraud is a conception which clearly exhibits the incompetency and inability of the person/persons/institution to have fool proof mechanism for verification and checks and balances. and hence, is a person takes advantages of these machanisms and overcomes all those hurdles and still makes success out of that means, the guy has real brains and courage to do so. The courts, in fact, should punish those provided him with the finance without varifying the facts, the auditing firms for not doing their jobs properly along with those who have been caught.

Sir, need not be sarcastic...I was not referring to murderers and robbers - i was referring to the intelligence of the people who managed the entire vigilence/procedural mechanisms and made wealth. What were the banks officials and the auditing personnel doing all thease years, when there were more than 300 clients with whom these people had dealings - they are also equally responsible for the swindlings.
Earn through all means for you family till you die beit politicans berocarts cilvil servants or software people . That is mantra fro every Indian ..This family is not going to die with you .Enjoy your life my dear fellow Indians. hey, look who is talking. A Gultiee!! Gultiees are among the biggest fraudsters in the entire world. they manage to come to USA on FAKE degrees, to C grade universities, have no manners...talk LOudly in TELGU in offices, with no sense of decency and concern for others.

well, indians are corrupt at some level. one could blame the third world conditions to an extent. also indians are on average much more rude, and ugly. all they can do well is math and coding, and keeping their "traditions" intact
Only if this smartness was applied in right way it would have gone a long way for them and also a diffirent image for India as well.....but most of us always tend to use this smartness in acts where we feel we can get better through wrong ways...

if you apply the same smartness in a straightforward way, you will never be as successful and as wealthy as those people - particularly in India, with the corrupt administration and politicians - thinking and doing fraud will forcibly injected in to your blood for doing anything in India.

whatever karma you do, if you are successful, at least it benefits others in the family. even if they have sacrified their 25 years, for generations together their family members are wealthy. Indian border witnesses many jawans being killed every day - only to put their families in permanant grief and barbad...
