Dear sir, i am salary person. i have not filled my return as on 31st july but now i want fill my retun then waht is the precesers & penalty. how can calulate the intrest or panelty.
I am a salaried person. I have received my Form 16. Now I have noted that I have not intimated my office about the premium I have paid for one of the LIC policy. Therefore this is not mentioned in the Form 16. Can I show this payment while filing the returns to claim for discount in IT?

Vikasji, If we enter into a sale deed for purchasing a house under construction in an apartment complex that will take 2 years for completion, and we make quarterly instalments to the Builder, when (which AY) should we disclose the purchase in our IT returns in AIR schedule. Thanks Balajee
