Price seems excessive !!
by Sam Ram on Jan 10, 2008 08:35 PM

The vehicle price of Rs.17.744 lacs comes close to US$45,5000 (@ Rs39.00 to the US$) and seems very excessive. Why?

Does this ex-showroom price normally include all taxes? Also, would the final price paid by the customer be much lower?

Haha! Having lost market share and credibility in the US, where GM is based, GM is trying to sell its low-grade engineering to China and India - and looks like they are succeeding. India and China sould wisen up and try to keep GM and Ford from messing up their markets with low-grade automobiles

You seem to know a lot about cars, especially GM and Ford. What Ford/ GM cars have you driven so far and how are they low grade?
If you are so conslusive and judging with a keyboard in hand, I wonder how you are behind the wheel (presuming you can drive).

who told ford , GM has lost credibility? Infact they still make safest cars and not some plastic toys which toyota, nissan and our tatas does.
