My investments currently are as below: SIP: Rs. 2000 - Franklin India Prima Fund (G) 1 time: Rs. 25000 - Principal Personal Tax Saver 1 time: Rs. 21000 - UTI Infra-Advantage Ser I 1 Lac: Post Office Savings (maturing in Jan 09) ULIP: Prem: Rs. 15000, SA: 7 Lacs & Investgain Plan of Prem: Rs. 38000 SA: Rs. 12 Lacs, both in Bajaj Allianz Life Gold: worth Rs.1 lakh Liability of Rs.11500 towards PL (running off in 6 months). My net salary is Rs. 50000 pm. I would like to invest more, maybe another 10-20,000 pm. Pls advice some good MFs where my money will grow, be a crorepati by the age of 50 (I am ok with risk). I also want to buy investment property (Rs. 25 lacs) in one year, how do I plan for deposit? Appreciate your advice.

I am 36 years old with 2 dependents. My portfolio consists of ICICI pru life, ICICI smart kid, SBI MF and Fidelity MF. I plan to invest more. MF's are the best considering the returns and safety. I was thing of opening a PMS with Motilal, not sure if I need to pledge such a high money in th PMS account.
