Hi I had and working in IT company and in my previous companies, I had innovated "MEANS" to hire people, which has been cost effective, Unfortunately, due to Corrupt IT Industry, my bosses never allowed to use my brain, I had to hire people only through PLACEMENT AGENCIES !!
Now, I had dropped the "meaning" of Strategy, Innovation etc.
All good on paper. Of course few people like Padaki, who had earned enough can take the risk. I wish him all the very best.
We wish to have everything, wish to fulfill our dreams and want to have all we want to, but we are also in the habit of getting rid of our duties and putting on other shoulders or else will do. Who is this else, for me you are and for you its me. Then why don;t we or I. We feel to change the world but always looking from where to start. Start from your home, area, city and so on. Then only we can give a place, a room to our children free from backerias and fungus.
I mean the above. We are electing and giving powers to such people (ministers) who are in the habit of eating money and making other senior officials to get invole in the habit of eating money (money eaters). Take power from these people and make it competitive professional field of MBAs to have Ministrial Powers. Everyone will see the change and will have the feeling to live and to be honest.
