my basic pay on 1-1-2006 was 10325/- plus DP in the pay scale 10000-15200. I retired on 31-5-2008. What will be my arrears, tax liability and my new pension? Thanks
In the old scheme ,my date of increment is jan. I got increment in Jan2005.In the new scheme I will not get it in Jan2006, but only in July2006.(Minimum 6 months in the new pay scale is necessary for eligibility.) 6 months' delay! What is the impact? The six month delay is repeated every year.In July2006 I get 7300 instead of in Jan2006. Similary I get 7500 in July2007 instead of in Jan2007. Suppose my new increment is Rs.500 With HRA, DA etc may come to Rs.700 per month.For six months I lose Rs.4200. Suppose I have next 15 years of service. The total loss is Rs.63000/- plus interest. My pay as on 01.01.2006 is Rs. 5000/- in the pay scale of Rs. 4000-100-6000 and month of increament is February. On 01.07.2007 I have received ACP in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 and my pay has been fixed Rs. 6500/- now my pay as on 01.08.2008 is Rs. 6700/- with one increament in the month of July 2008. Please show me the arrear and my pay as on 01.09.2008.
