What Mr Amar singh should see also is if those speculators connected with those transactions paid tax ,i mean short term capital gains tax on FnO which is as high as 33%.enen that i susect they may have evaded. The Govt would have made minimum of 300 crores or even more if those short sellers who made profit traacked and taxed, raathere than levying securities transaction tax on small and loosing speculator. I was witness to the huge gyrations of the said stock as i am a professional trader. I am absolutely sure that manipulation done and huge profit was made by those who are close to the Mukesh group. I am also sure that even more atleast 5 times profit was made by those close to Anil, i dought even Amar singh during the bull manipulation of ADAG stocks, just to get a good reslponce to Rpower issue and for good listing. The Govt should aslo investigate the manipulations in the ADAG stocks.

I fully agree. The rule is the same for everybody, whether it is Mukesh or Anil. Just because Anil is Amar Singh's friend, his Group should not be spared from enquiry and, if found guilty, should be punished.

Omar Abdullah openly says in Parliament that he is proud to be a Muslim and that he will give up his life but not an inch of land and yet yet the vote bank politics makes our impotent Government keep quiet. On the other hand, if a BJP MP were to say that he is proud to be a Hindu, Laloo Prasad and company would have accused him of being communal.

I heard the NDTV speak highly of Omar Abdullha for his firy speech in Parliament. This Indian is now holed up when Jammu is burning. Economic blockade is the right answer. But the unfortunate thing is that innocent lives are being lost. Let Kashmiri Muslims undestand that they can also be at the receiving end, they cannot always have the last laugh. CNNIBN has not released the Sting CD. These english media cheat on the public.

Scrap article 370 and Govt should relocate kashmiris and make other people from the country settle down in kashmir,then the problem of kashmir will come to an end,for example Govt should make arrangement to arlift excess of biharis in Maharashtra and southern states and relocate them in Kashmir,then burning problem of Maharashtra also will come to an end.This is a practical solution and to insult any sect.

Dont you get it. Some in Kashmir doesnt want to be in India. J&K come under special section 370 which was signed when they joined Indian Union. The only way to cancel it is by the will of the people of J&K> I would urge the Indian government to hold a referandum in J&K to cancel this section and have j&k fully join Indian Union. In J&K unfortunately you need permission to build anything and anything to do with religion is exploited by unscrupulous elements in every religion to political gain. There were several reason why Anil pissed off his father DHirubhai. 1) He married Tina Munim. Tina munim was with Sanjay dutt when he was a drug addict. Then she was a live in girlfriend of Rajesh Khanna. In between there were many others. But love is blind they say. 2) Dhirubhai never trusted any politician. He knew they are scum bags. He always mentioned that throw money and use this politicians. Never be friend them and never never invite them home. These are pests whom you need to keep away from your door.
Dhirubhai forgave and accepted Tina as his daughter-in-law with due respect. But he never forgave Anil for hobnobing with likes of dirt bag Amar Singh. Now you see what we have been hearing from centuries "Ghar Kha Bedhi Lanka Dhaya". As someone mentioned below Amar the monkey is eating butter at the cost of (two)cat fight.
