It is not only Unilever that has accepted the high quality of the Indian managers. India managers have proved more than there worth across companies in various sectors from banking, financial institutions, IT and FMCG. Citibank, Pepsi Co, Nestle to name a few. The added icing is the fact that it is not only the men but also the women who are leading the way.
