there rising number of cyber crime in india ,moreover our web & cyber space are gettig invaded every hour coz the the authorities are not ready to face hard facts ..and some times even if reported of vul's they are either not qualified to patch those otherwise they are too lazy bull to even pay a ear ,in today's situation we need persons who are dedicated & who knows abt these jobs ..not persons with degrees whom can be trained to do so...as cyber crime (hacking) is like stealing & we need persons who can steal from the thief's itself....and stealing cant be taught its a self developed art done by dedication...
though i know the authorities will never change ...but i hope some day a new sun will rise..
