If it been going on since 1947,what is the hurry now? In any case it has the informal sanction of the government as otherwise somebody would have acted.Let the law take its own course which indirectly means that nothing needs to be done.

This year, our Govt is gifting away Rs 60000 Cr from the tax that is collected. A much better way would be to unlock the Trillions of rupees ( much more than 60,000 Cr) lying in Swiss banks and coming back to India as loans with high interest charges. The time is now for sure.Our country can hire good agencies for uncovering this loot.
Third world countries like India which have suffered heavily due to their rapacious rulers spiriting away their ill gotten wealth to secret safe havens, should take up the case with UNO to abolish such secret safe havens. USA should take a lead in making this possible.
