Retail customers are fed up with the so called banking service offered by banks, particularly private and foreign banks. Their complaints land in black hole. They have no option to carry on fighting for ever, with no results. These banks bully their customers.
Now it seems that there will be a fight between equals, between corporates. All the best to the people fighting these bullies, teach them a fitting lesson.

you are mistaken brother, in private banks you may have some recourse becase you have not dealt with PSU banks in pre libralization era. Geting complaint heard forget it they would just refue to issue cheaque books on flimsy reasons and you cannot do anything about it.
ICICI Bank is biggest cheat bank in India. It has the worest management and is the leader in ruinning the Indian Banking industry image on the global market place.
It is cheating the public left & right. RBI should strip the banking license from ICICI and put all its directors behind bars for ruinning the image of India as a Global Financial market place.

You are right it really is cheating we can take out our money from any ATM without waiting for bank to open, get our cheauqes enchased anywhere in India and we also do not have to visit a bank where we have to wait for hours and stand in front of two or three ppl who will verify us and frown and glare at us as if we are beggers and asking for a favor to give some money. WE are also being cheated when we have to work for 6 days because the banks in private sector are not striking that is a holiday denied, no issues if someone dies for want of money for an urgency but then it is service to nation for reducing population. And that courtsey taht the private banks offer to you for sitting on chairs while your number is flashed on a screened taht is so humiating then standing in line in front of teller clerk looking at his gracious pan chewing face talikng to his frnds in other pit while counting and recounting those 300 rupees that he has to give. Man this is all so insulting and demeaning to our population they do not understand one thing we are born to be ruled and not rule.

Hi I do had bad experince with PSU banks . But ICICI is also a good expamle . Some how they are also cheating customers . they are deducting money from savings account without informing to customer and without giving any right reason . If you are carefully observing account statments you will see that ICICI deducted alot money and their call centers are worst . Their home loan is also ridiculous They will give homeloan easily but charge too much as processing fees .

hahaha... you must be working in some govt. bank who dont like the one who made the banking so easy. You guys like people to come and wait in the bank entire morning and bank to be closed by 12pm etc.... come on grow up

banking not made easy. bank people work has made easy to increase bank profit and less expenses at the cost of customers inconvenience..
