Very Well said. 1% or even less than that - people can have this type of desciplined life. Self descipline is very difficult. In Indian culture Forced Descipline initialy required till it inculcates in to blood. The traditional GURU CULTURE comes in there.
You can write down what you want to achieve but how about first discovering what God planned for you? Read the book 'Purpose Friven Life' by Rick Warren

Its a nice topic and very much useful for everyone and have to follow this in every second of our life.
writing your predictions and goals in your notebook is very helpfull in long run,like i wrote in my notebook that sensex will touch 17000 by 2007dec end on 1st of march 2007 but it touched the target so fast 3 months before my prediction.somehow iam very confident on this stratergy of writing goals.

Predicting sensex touching 17k or 20k & writing it down seems irrelevent to the topic here.
