DO SOMETHING FOR THE SOCIET ...AMBANI'S
by N M on Sep 04, 2007 12:01 AM  | Hide replies

It will be a wise idea if he donates a years take home salary to beautify Mumbai completely, make it greener and clean. That way atleast people will remember them for what they did for the society. By earning so much what are they gonna do with so much money..Reliance should start some new maintenance charity company in beautifying the city and make it cleaner like other countries. That way people wont feel like moving abroad atleast. People mainly migrate so they have a better lifestlye abroad. If we can have that in our country itself then why migrate.

Who are we trying to fool here. Both these gentlemen own the companies they work for dammit. They can take home whatever they want to and you will not have a snowflakes chance in hell of finding out the real takings. Don't go ecstatic on the basis of what bits of info they allow you to report about!!

Wealthy Executives
by rohit salwan on Sep 03, 2007 10:25 PM

There was one time such show of wealth was seen in bad light but thanks to Media and Our Icons, its becoming a show of character in effect ruining the comman man making people hungry and greedy for more, unjustified wastage of resources. What they earn is noticed and advertised by the media How much they pay in taxes is never reflected since the highest paid CEO is Mr Mukesh Ambani He certainly must be the highest tax paying CEO Too. Is he so????????

Reliance fined Rs.800 carore on routing international calls
by Rajendra Gupta on Sep 03, 2007 10:02 PM  | Hide replies

Reliance fined Rs.800 carore on routing international calls and showing it as local one.
Indian Governement fined for it.

But when this issue up in media anil and mukesh started fighting on own business and got devided for local man and media.
Due to brother fights(not real) media and local man and country 4getted the international call issue and Reliance was not paid Rs.800 carore.

Hence Anil and Mukesh both are moving ahead and capturing all the small businesses like vegetables, foods, kiran,IT,communication and etc.The day will we will see Reliance coffe shop,Reliance Tea House,Reliance Garage,Reliance Dry cleaner(Dhobighat),Reliance Tailor etc...etc...etc..

Bet wishes to Re(anil-mukesh)liance

Wht's wrong in it? If we get better service, then we need such companies. What Govt.companies do to common man? Govt.failed to provide good and clean service that's why Tata,Reliance,Idea,Airtel are leaders. If we get clean, fresh vegetables, fruits, kirana with affordable rated then we welcome private sector.
But we need full trasnperancy in deals.

I'm not bothered about their takehome. I know only one thing that after the death of Dhirubhai Ambani, they are selling vegetables.

Whether Mukesh earns more than Anil is totally irrelevant. Focus more on issues that affect the common man.

ALL SMALL BUSINESSMAN - AN APPEAL
by arun bajaj on Sep 03, 2007 08:50 PM  | Hide replies

DEAR FELLOWS,

AMBANIS ARE INTO VEGETABLES, THEY ARE INTO EDUCATION, THEY ARE INTO COMMUNICATION, THEY ARE TAKING STAKE IN SMALL COMPANIES AS WELL. THEY SEEM TO DIVIDE THE ENTIRE BUSINESS OF THE COUNTRY INTO TWO.

DO YOU AGREE THAT ONE DAY THESE SMALL BUSINESSMEN WOULD BE FACING THE HEAT AND MAY HAVE TO TAKE UP JOB IN ONE OF THE AMBANIS VENTURE.
THINK

ARUN BAJAJ

Arun Bajaj ji, they were also once small but they thought, dreamt and executed on a big scale. Likewise nothing is stopping other small businessmen from thinking and executing along the same lines.

So the options are clear for small businessmen - emulate the Ambanis and think big, do big. Else join them (take a job with them) as you suggested. Either way the choice and action lies with the small businessman, not the Ambanis.

Like it is said, if you can't beat them, join them......

juggling a 8 to 8 job, traveling, eduction for kids and struggling through for a better lifestyle, want more for hardship life.

Trust me Ambanis are having much much more luxuries and less of hardship, and if they still cant make it global of what their father has left shame on them and leave hte business to more abled ones and live on a salary i must say to Anil

Wrong. Your facts and information are wrong - kindly read more on business matters especially related to the ADAG group run by Sh Anil Ambani before you shoot your mouth off. His companies are performing extremely well, for your kind information.
