I travel by BA frequently.It is quite a good airline.the staff (crew) is polite and smiling even though denying what you want.But the airport that they use is not so consumer friendly.Poor wheelchair service,rude checking of your person and suspicious looks spoil your journey.You also dont get seats of your choice.All good seats are gone you are rudely told.Even infirm old peersons like me are not accommodated and given preference.There is some scam in the allottment of seats.
