Only organised retail can bring method in madness. small shops are nothing but trouble. They blok the foot path, do not pay tax, earn huge money and run parellel black economy. Their monopoly has to go. And only big pvt company can break it. They will bring professinalism, and customer service in the market. Also creat many high paying jobs for people. Bania ji will also servive since they know the nerve of the people better but they will have to change, be professional, caring about customer. Thats great news for indian consumers.
Guys, retail sector is bound to boom in th eyears to come. With the consumers getting literate day by day the fiesta of the bania's & bhaiya's will slowly get over.

besides after 3 years of intrusion of retail so called organised retail,bania's will remain unharmed bcoz of the trust they have gained for so many years.still organised retail contributes only 3% of total retail market.
