The Biggest trap is insesitive to the envirnment in which u do business, Particularly to customers's need. West has so many filthy rich multinationals because they have been working like crazy, day and night on bettering the new ways to fulfill customer's need. They keep improving on prodcut/service they offer to customers. And this is not easy. It requires high attention and sensitivity to the customer's need who buy your stuff.
