Government must move in to regulate the retail sector. If the retail movement and modernisation is to succeed in India , government has to think about compensating crores of poor farmers and retailer wo will starve to death, in the altar of modernisation and corporatisation. The same company and all such companies should be forced to create an insurance for affected people. It is sheer injustice that Mukesh Ambani moves from 50 Billion USD personal wealth to 100 Billion USD at the cost of crores of Indians. Government must design a safety net. Mukesh ambani should be asked what he has done for the welfare of the masss. creating a few lakh job in a country of 120 crore is no achievement. How many schools has he funded in villages ( apart from the Dhirubai ambani international school which charges 3 lakhs per student ). How many hospitals has he built. what percetange of his company earning goes for public welfare ?

Crores of farmers were dying before Reliance started the retail business. If Reliance can buy products from these farmers and guarantee them steady income source, why should the farmers be committing suicide? It is because the politician and the middlemen(read the retailers who are hurt with the entry of Reliance and other companies into retail) squeeze them to the last drop of blood out of the farmer. Companies like Reliance and others who are investing heavily in retail, not just to make money alone. They are also investing in the most valuable resources of India, that is the Human Resources. They care for these resources, for they know nurturing these resources alone makes Reliances and companies like it to stay in business. The Commies and the politicians who shed crocodile tears do not understand basic economics. For them all that matters is a steady vote bank. Vote bank politics reduced farmers to slaves of politicians.

Reliance group has contributed a lot to the nation by way of taxes, employment to lakhs and world class projects in the country.Investors in Relaince companies have made millions. So if the Ambani brothers are making their millions, why grudge them?
This earning is of no use if money is decaying in the tijoris. Yes if a part of his earnings are put to use for meeting social cause then it makes sence. Afterall India is a land of vast contrast with social inequality. Around 50% of the population is living in poverty till date on one hand and on the other one can find people like Mukesh, Anil, Mittals finding names in the Forbes list. Still a long-long way to go.

That poverty is the gift for their "lazyness" and foolishness... you cant demand him to pay for that! I am ready to pay 150Rs (in a small town) to work in our farm. But the majority punks who enjoy cheating and stealing and enjoy idle out with illicit liquor... not to take my offer! Should they be excused... I vote for capital punishment for those craps!

The money is not stored and wasted in Tijori, it is actually reutilised by them to create more projects and wealth. Second thing is that Reliance employs more than 5 lakh employees and at least 10 million shareholder. Just imagine how much wealth Reliance has generated for Indians, what more do you expect from them...and ofcourse they are expanding their employee base and share holders..I think Reliance is doing its part, instead of finding reliance at faults do something for society yourself...
