Whatever Mr. Kaushik may say! the ground reality is that TATASKY has the most poor customer service !! I brought their Digiconp for Rs. 2400/- on 12.11.2007 but as off today (09.12.2007) it has not been installed by TATASKY. They say their is oppostion from local cable walla's in my area (Kharghar, Sect 20). If that is the case then why I was sold the Digicomp in first place by TATASKY or their dealer? Now I feel cheated by this.
