"Agar koi tumhari salary na increase kare , tumhe promotion na de, tum kam karte raho.... sirf kam hi nehi zada kam karo...... promotion ki ummed na karo....... Good ... but try and resign when your boss needs you the most. This will make his life miserable.

IT stocks ( small cap ) went up by 20% last week . May go up by another 10% in next week. You have lost an opportunity to buy though Infosys looks good for long term and will give you 25% in one year.

A Manager who does not make mistakes is not a Manager, who is called as Boss "A boss is always right" he never commits mistakes.
I discovered 9999 ways that will not work before I discovered this. - Thats the key to innovation and learning. The organisation who wants to move to learning curve should be prepared for that and put right people for this. Most of the compnay employes managers who belive -my way or highway --they are process oriented talent who are a misfit for innovation

" discovered 9999 ways that will not work before I discovered this" - This was told by Edison and not Einstien.

Maybe it was Edison and not Einstein that said it, but what matters here is that the message got through - and the credit goes to talurabi for putting that punch into the reply. Yes, as Sabyasachi Ghosh said in his reply, the manager who has never made a mistake has never worked. Unfortunately, people do not work since they fear making mistakes- and the real loser in not the company they are working for - it is these people themselves

Hi. It's only 999 ways and not 9999 ways. If so Thomas Alva Edison would be (con)fused by this time.
