THE BIDDERS CAN NOW BURRY THEMSELVES IN THAT LAND NOW.

Prices are actually moving down in Mumbai and Bangalore after Diwali. Foreign investors are ready to sell at thei purchase price itself; it still gives them a profit of 15% due to currency appreciation in 6 months since March.

Realty insiders says the price boom is a fabricated phenomena. 100s of flats are available in all locations in bangalore for sale. No takers. Go to any residentiloa localities in bangalore, you will see many many FOR SALE boards.
Ask any property owner, they will say the difficulty in selling a flat or house or property. Its very difficlt to find takers.
Even getting a party for rent or lease is also a very difficult task nowadays.
Simply some vested interests are chanting the manthra of price hike.

Your information is wrong. 95% of the countries wealth is in the hands of less than 5% of the people. These include not only big shot business families, but also our very own "babu-log"

This is true or not every body knows. My humble appeal to Warhwan and Reliance to spend some money for rural areas and specially for indians formers and SC/ ST peoples. Reliance come forward with SEZ haryana. Peoples are enjoying.Warhwan groups come forward with new roll we have expected.

PEOPLE LIKE WARHWAN AND RELIANCE GROUP BUY LANDS
AT HIGHER PRICES AND PLACES AROUND THE PLOTS OR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS WILL ALSO RAISE.

THIS IS ONLY DONE BY REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND BROKERS.

THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE RAISING THE COST OF LIVING IN CITIES.

I also agree that this price rise is fabricated.
My suggestion is that some Gov. Authority should control rates in Metros, otherwise prices would keep shooting up like Rocket & common man will find it difficult to live in Metros & its suburbs in future.
Also, are these Property brokers having PAN Nos.? & is their every deal is noted by I.Tax people? It shoul be mandatory, if not so.

Dangerous Trend
by Shiva on Nov 27, 2007 09:35 AM  | Hide replies

Rising realty prices in Cities force people to move to suburbs and towns. This is good in the sense that City gets decongested a bit.

However these emigrants buy lands from farmers. Farmers get price that is fancy to them. They sell because of the short term gain. Agriculture will become unsustainable/expensive if this trend continues.

This kind of trend is dangerous.
