Emporor Alexander OR Nepoleon once attended a party and everyone's attraction at that party was a lady who wore very expensive jwellery. Emporor asked that leady ' what's your husband?" She said " my husband is a tobacco merchant" After the party Emporor reached his office and announced a special levy on tobacco merchants. Our Finance Minister also has to wake up and do something to the real estate price treand which is not at all good for the well being of our economy.

Rethish, lets put this in some perspective. The commercial property prices in Mumbai are getting costlier than the rich countries. Is that a good sign? It does not mean that India is getting richer than the UK, US or Japan. It just means that the income disparity is increasing multi-fold.
