Such affluence of the indian community in the valley cannot be sustained without the implementation of the Indian reservation policy. The american govt needs to learn from India the benefits of such great policies.
We need to understand that every cooutry's statistics of people vs eduacation if taken will be a bell curve.The middle part of the Indian bell curve is being compared to the total american distribution(Curve). Only above average Indian educated people go to USA. Because americans have already made the infrastructure and other foundations, and are the people there encourage hardworking people, immigrants from india and other country people are succeddeing in USA. More than 50% credit goes to americans for the success of indians(Or any other immigrants). Remember people from very small countries like Bangladesh, Taiwan, srilanka,Nepal, have succeeded very well in academics/ industry and management fileds in USA.

Yes they just churn out the cream from India, USA is not charity Nation to give chance to all rickshawala and beggars of India. If America is real Indian friend so they have to give chance to farmers of India, But Bush and clinton just like to Visit Hyderabad and Bangalore or IITS where their motive lies. They save lot of money to educate loyal people, they believe in readymade, so India is a market of unemployed readymade educated youth, they go and buy it.
Whenever there is an article about NRIs I dont understand why some people get so jealous. These some people happens to be people living in India commenting how India is benefitted or not benefitted if NRIs are most affluent in silicon valley. Can anybody tell me how India is benefitted by people making such comments. What are they doing for the upliftment of the country?

Our economy is good and doing well. we have good institutions all over india in any field,but the method of teaching is regretable. we have man power and brain power. But the creativity, innovative ideas and future plan is lacking. Health services is still bad. We Indians still fight with infectious diseases, were us western countries fight for hereditory and overwhelming diseases. In 60 years of mans life we fight 30 years for our income to support us. We don't have good leadership or we say we find unity in diversity(which is sick word). Hm...wat is the use of Indians occupying silicon valley, does it do any good for india,no. We Indians should first realise our potential and everybody should contribute to the Great India. Standing in the gates of US or UK or Australians embassies for any visa will not bring any glory to any Indians. I had seen many Indians in UK they will act like orphans and the greed for money is too disguisting. Iam in UK and working here is nothing glory about it (eventhough iam a doctor and work in professional job). We Indians don't have shame to beg for our own betterness.
Iam just waiting for my experience once i feel iam the best in my business iam returning to India.

HI, I have no idea how they rate, but according to me those rating mean nothing as i have seen many universities in US and i am not sure how come they are the best universitied in the world .. thats my personal opinion
