This analogy between movie and real world business seems to be little awkward. Peter is trying to put a Mercedez engine in a bullock cart. As per Peter's perspective the CEO is a villain and a lower guy who fights and comes to the top is the hero. But what about him being thrown out by another lower guy. Our hero becomes villain at that point. Change is a nature of buisness and nobody is hero or villain. If you succeed you are hero if not you are villain.
