I don't what government means NO FRILLS AIRPORT.. But they should consider security as important aspects of Airports.. Terrorists will target airports and flights may be target for Hijacking if the security is less..

You are already giving clues to terrorists :-)). On serious note , these airport can cause serious threat as some fanatic can use flight from these airport as air-missiles.

See something like 911 and other plots are done by master minds..
you can see the clues from latest attempt by Indian doctors. Highly skilled people are getting into this..

No Frills Air Ports will not have Run Way... hahaha u will have to use parachutes to get out of the Plane... and to get in .... slingshot might be used..... Just Kidding... No Frills airports are dangerours without proper.. runway and equipment... Jus few days back Airliner in Brazil collapsed becoz of shorter runway... all this are dangerous attempts. Hope Avaition minister take care of all these things before he selling the rights to Private Companies for some bribe....
