Asian and indian airways are 1000 times better than american airlines. The food is far better. The service far better within india. The only problem is our pathetic airports.Hope it will improve in the next 5-10 years.
Protect Naresh Goel's JET from Govt of India and Vijay Mallaya. Yes. two threat's (1) corrupt Government officials and politicians (2) Corrupt business to monoploise business and end competition
I enjoyed the jet flight from Mumbai to London and back. It is far superior than any international flight. I will experiance the same with Jet to fly to US.
Although Naresh Goyal has been successful so far in the airline industry, Kingfisher is not far behind.Vijay Mallya is making life hard for Goyal & with his advent in the international market expected anytime soon, it is going to be one helluva war in the indian skies, one that has never ever been witnessed before. Jet has already lost its monopoly in the domestic routes with KingFisher matching it step by step, in such a short span, it has managed to take on Jet, which was supposedly the undisputed `King' of Indian Skies. To be fair to Goyal, to maintain & run an airline like Jet has been run is commendable, but at the same time it is also important to make note of the fact that it had no serious competition, Sahara was bleeding, Indian was not properly `governed'. Taking over of Deccan has made KF the largest airline in India, whereas after taking over of Sahara, Jet has hardly managed to make an impact (too early to predict this though).Personally i feel Jet needs to take over Spice Jet(the only low cost airline doing amazingly well) to go one up on KF, otherwise it wont be long before it will be KF all the way

King Fisher is bleeding money to out do JET, while JET is quitely collecting the moolah every quarter. KF has the trappings of a charming flirt not a serious spouse.
KingFisher can be taken as worthy competitor only if it manages to maintain its quality & also earn money.

Be it flirtatious (to some), his efforts to be (or striving to be) the best in the business are by all means laudable. He has lived up to his words of treating all his Passengers as his personal Guests Initial Bleeding might exist, its natural & bound to happen, Mallya is gonna reap all the rewards in the long run, in the vast airline industry you dont look upto the next quarter, you have to be farsighted & plan as per the next 03 years altogether, thats when his long-term planning will make sense & make them go red with envy. Dont go by the Flair, its natural, the man lives life to the fullest, what is praiseworthy is how one man has turned the entire industry on his own.
After all these years of useless Air India monopoly, a fresh new face of Indian Aviation is in International sky & yes it is beautiful, graceful, embodies the best face of India to world. It is Jet Air
