Which ITR should salaried file?

Income tax return

I am a salaried person and had taken a house loan in 2004. The flat was under construction and now I got it registered in march 2007.

Now, do I get benefit of house loan for my income year 2006-07 OR in 2007-08 as i was paying full instalments since january 2005?? and what about benefit from 2005 onwards??

hi vikas, i hav NRI status..i hav taken loan of around 10 lacs from HDFC bank... monthly EMI gets deducted from my ICICI NRI bank.. what should i do?? please let me know...

Request to adivce on which itr form should i fill for income from salries as well as an insurance agent to LIC.I also have an housing loan from ICICI.

you cannot avail tax benifit of Housing loan as "house is not in your possesion yet".
Hence you are eligible for ITR-1 insted ITR-2

dear vikash, i have an income of 50k per month and in my company there is no Pf deduction and other allowances only the Professional tax and Income tax deduction. as of now i have a housing loan EMI of 4870 and a renovation loan EMI of 2089 plus child education 1000 per month and a insurance 2310 per annum and 15000 per annum of mutual fund also 10000 annually deposited in PPF. so please tell me what excatly will be my tax amount monthly. and how can i save some money by paying less tax.

Which company are you working in? What is the address? ... as you say, there is no PF deduction.

I have given computer training for students for that I have collected fee of Rs.35k per student Please advice me whether I have to pay the Service Tax & Income Tax and how much exemption for Service Tax

You took a fee of Rs 35000 per student! You should collect 12.36% as service charges from your students (or will be taken from your pockets) and give the same. Additionally, you will be charged Income Tax on your earnings/income.
